Nicole D. – Greater Boston
“We have selected Nicole D. as our Care recipient this month. Nicole has been working for Arbor over a year and she is reliable and has great communication with both Arbor and the programs that she works at. They frequently block book her for many shifts at a time because of how awesome she is and for being an exceptional team player. Nicole strives to push herself in this industry, and she has become MAP certified to bring even more value to her role as a DSP. Thank you, Nicole!”
Gavin F. – Central MA
“We’re happy to reward Gavin as the CARE recipient this month. He’s a fairly new employee with Arbor but has been picking up shifts from the get go, routinely working 40 hours a week! He has a consistent, set schedule and the shelter manager said in her own words that “Gavin is an excellent staff”. He is reliable (hasn’t called out once), a great communicator with Arbor and the programs, and excellent at building rapport with clients at the shelter. He is also interested in professional development and received his CPI training recently at Arbor. We feel very lucky to have Gavin on our team!”
