The cost to you will vary based on several factors, including payroll taxes and financing costs, workers comp insurance, any specialized background checks or trainings, and other factors. The overall size of your payroll with Arbor can be a consideration, too. We are committed to providing highly qualified employees for you at a competitive price given the specific service(s) you need.
What is the process for finding employees through Arbor Associates?
Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately upon a signed agreement. Arbor Associates will pay attention to your unique requirements; the specific job descriptions, certifications, tests and skills, the clients being serviced, cultural expectations, and more. Our goal is to only present the candidates that fit your unique requirements. We invest the time with each job order to ask the questions necessary to identify the best fit. Whether you need someone on a permanent, temporary, short term or long-term basis, we can help.
How long will it take to have an employee in our company?
The timeframe for successfully finding an employee will vary depending on our available employee base and your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most highly-qualified applicants. You may choose to interview the most qualified applicants before making a decision, or we can fill a position based on the qualifications you provide.
What kind of background checks do you provide?
Every applicant goes through state and federal background checks, among others.

What kind of jobs do you fill?

Arbor Associates is a health care staffing and recruitment company. We handle positions in areas of mental/behavioral health, medical technologists, healthcare administration, education, and other caring professionals. We specialize in sourcing and placing Allied Health professionals in settings other than hospitals and assisted living facilities. See our Professions page for more information.

Why should I use your service instead of filling the position on my own?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our employees and feel our greatest resource is our approach to partnering with both existing and future employees and customers. Our goals is to be an outsourced equivalent to your own Human Resources and Recruiting teams, sourcing, hiring, scheduling, supervising and training caring professionals to a high level of compliance.
