Steve Aldrich
President & CEO
Steve Aldrich joined Arbor Associates in August 2013 as the President and CEO. Steve is responsible for building the Arbor team and ensuring that the company’s mission to deliver outstanding customer service to our employees and our customers is met. In his spare time, he likes cooking, swimming, hiking, landscaping, reading and spending time with his kids (when they’ll let him.) Prior to working at Arbor Associates, Steve applied his early experience at Raytheon and Intel to later hold various C-suite roles in small, mission-driven companies in multiple industries. Steve holds bachelor’s degrees in business and economics from UMass Amherst and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Erin Colligan
Recruiting Manager
Erin Colligan joined Arbor Associates in 2024 as the Recruiting Manager. She is a dynamic recruiting leader with over a decade of experience in recruitment, operations, and client relationship management. As the Recruiting Manager, she drives strategic initiatives, fosters team growth, and optimizes recruitment processes. Erin has successfully led teams in delivering high-quality talent solutions across industries since 2006. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Hartford. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband Kevin, their blended family of four children Hailey-Mae, Emma, Abby & James, cat Peanut, and dog Chief. As a music enthusiast, she also loves attending live events, enjoying everything from Willie Nelson to Limp Bizkit to Lee Brice.
Dan Dunaisky
General Manager
Dan Dunaisky joined Arbor in 2022 as a Regional Manager before stepping into his current role as General Manager. With 25 years of experience in the staffing industry, he enjoys providing leadership and guidance to his team in delivering against Arbor’s high standards for customer service. His interest in human services began with a role at an elderly outreach program, which led to a career building and managing several staffing businesses, as well as becoming a top contributor in recruiting and business development. Dan approaches work (and life) with a strong sense of integrity, a sincere passion for helping others, and the goal to build collaborative partnerships with everyone he works with. He takes pride in being part of the bigger picture and is very involved with his family, especially his 4 children and their various activities.
Mark Ellis
Business Development Manager
Mark Ellis joined Arbor Associates in 2024 as the Business Development Manager. In this role, he is responsible for leading the BD team in identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. Mark has a proven ability to cultivate long-lasting client relationships and an in-depth understanding of emerging industry trends. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Hartford and brings with him 9+ years of combined experience in the fields of Education and Healthcare staffing. Mark is a proud husband and father and in his free time, he enjoys going on adventures with his family.
Leigh Mezzetti
Operations Manager
Leigh Mezzetti, Operations Manager, has held several positions with Arbor since she joined in 2014, including Branch Manager for Arbor’s Central Massachusetts office. Leigh has a history of volunteering with organizations such as the Massachusetts Association for the Blind (MAB), her local interfaith hospitality, and Helping Horse Therapeutic Riding Program. She comes to Arbor with first-hand experience with the Department of Children and Families as she was blessed to be able to adopt her youngest of four children through DCF. Arbor is a natural fit for Leigh, who enjoys being able to provide caring and well-trained staff to organizations and individuals in need.
Judith Saraf
Human Resources Manager
Judith Saraf joined Arbor in 2023 as the Human Resources Manager, responsible for overseeing HR functions and teams. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Plymouth State University and brings with her over 27 years of Human Resources related experience and knowledge working in the healthcare and hospitality fields. Judith has assisted companies streamline and implement HRIS systems, lead organizations through the shift to consumer driven health plans, executed talent management strategies including recruitment and retention initiatives and has many years of experience with internal employee and labor relations. She has a passion for employee engagement with creative programs and is one of many things she looks forward to bringing to the Arbor team. When not at work, she enjoys painting, and spending time with her husband and 3 sons. Judith also enjoys volunteering with “A Wish Come True” - a nonprofit that delivers wishes to critically ill children in Southeastern MA and Rhode Island.
