Arbor Associates has a generous referral program available to all current employees (in good standing). If you refer someone to us that isn’t already in our candidate and employee database, you could earn up to $150!
To earn a bonus, the person you refer must be new to Arbor (not a current or past employee), and then they must be hired by us and work a minimum number of hours. It’s that simple and rewarding!
No limit on referrals – but please only refer people who you know are looking for work or open to work. Thank you!

Bonuses are subject to approval after placement, minimum hours worked, and/or assignment completion. To qualify for this program, the referrer must be a current Arbor employee with tax forms on file, and the referee must not be a current or past Abor employee. Employees must be in good standing otherwise they will not be considered eligible.
