We have some awesome CARE associates to recognize this month. These individuals were nominated by their branch’s placement consultant team for being fantastic employees. Congrats and thank you to Albert, Godwin, Joanna, and Yvette!

Albert A. – Greater Boston

“Albert is a beacon of dedication and excellence as a field associate. His positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond reflects his deep commitment to his role. I am always able to count on Albert to pick up shifts, arrive on time and do his best. His phone calls offer a refreshing reminder of the power of human connection and the joy of hearing someone’s voice in real time. His consistent, outstanding performance , and positive influence on the team truly makes him deserve this award.”

Godwin A. – Central MA

“The Central MA nominee is Godwin A! He has recently joined the Arbor team , just 2 months ago, but has been an excellent addition to the team. He has worked consistently at several programs and has jumped at the opportunity to become Safety Care Trained. He embodies all that the award represents. He is an excellent communicator, both with Arbor as well as the programs. He takes accountability and is incredibly reliable as well as empathetic. We have received great feedback from the program that he has been working at. He is a hard working and deserving of this award.”

Joanna A. – Western MA

“This month I would like to nominate Joanna! Joanna has showed time and time again that work isn’t just about the check; she truly cares about the program she is working at and helping the clients there as much as possible. She is very attentive and respectful when speaking with her peers and showed leadership skills. I am grateful to have a staff like Joanna because she is dedicated to the program. Thank you for all you do, Joanna!”

Yvette W. – Rhode Island

“I am nominating Yvette for the CARE Award because she exemplifies going above and beyond her duties. Recently, during a program’s prom event, Yvette took the initiative to visit the residential program and personally assisted one of the girls in preparing for the prom. She did her hair and makeup, and helped her get dressed.  Additionally, she volunteered her own time to chaperone the event, showcasing her dedication and compassion.

Yvette’s efforts have not gone unnoticed. Both the Director of Operations and fellow staff at her program have praised her professionalism and kindness towards the children. She is truly a rare gem within our team, and I believe her exceptional contributions deserve recognition.”
