Samuel K. – Greater Boston
“Our Care nominee is Samuel. He’s been working for Arbor since 2021 and is an excellent employee. He is representative of all that the CARE award stands for. He’s consistent, always wiling to try out new programs, reliable, and has excellent communication with both Arbor as well as the programs that he works at. He hold professional boundaries while also displaying empathy, and he’s only called out 1 time in over 100 shifts. We are grateful to have him as a dedicated employee. Thank you, Samuel!”
Tashan H. – Central MA
“Tashan is a fabulous candidate for the CARE program this month. He’s a fairly new employee with Arbor and he started Jan 2025 with us! He is consistent, reliable, great at communicating with Arbor and other staff and makes sure he does what we have asked him, no problem (such as submitting his timesheets after every shift). The Program Director at Tashan’s worksite think he is GREAT and they’re so happy he is there to help. He’s great with the kids, enthusiastic, shows up and has a good rapport with other staff there. Arbor is very lucky to have Tashan on our team!”
