ARBOR Associates is our first choice in a staffing agency. They provide professional services to our agency throgh their relief staff who provide temporary staffing coverage to The Bridge programs. We utilize their servies for unfilled shifts, vacancies, and specialized care. ARBOR Associates is responsive to our needs, and we are comfortable with the level of care that they provide the individuals under our care.
Child and Family Services of Newport have a number of program sites that utilize ARBOR Associates services. We do so when we are unable to fill shifts, especially with TCI-trained personnel. ARBOR Associates has been able to assist us in coverage on many occasions, sometimes with little advanced notice. Their employees are more than willing to do daily activities and chores thereby being appropriate role models for the residents.
