Once we receive/review your information, the General Manager in your area will contact you to review the forms you have filled out and discuss with you your staffing needs and services you are looking to utilize with ARBOR. You will be entered into our database and you will receive a Staffing Agreement to review and sign and you will be quoted a rate.
ARBOR can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you call after hours, our well trained answering service will help you get a prompt response from ARBOR or take your message. If you are a family that is already working with ARBOR and you have ASAP staffing needs for that evening, overnight or the next morning, the answering service will relay your message to an ARBOR supervisor immediately. Our goal is to have a supervisor respond to you in 15 minutes.
