Residential Counselors to work with Female MH adults

Worcester and Western Massachusetts

Will be working in a female residential program with adults with mental illnesses and emotional/behavioral disorders. Candidates must be able to travle throughout central MA to sites including but not limited to Templeton, MA. Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to providing direct care service to the program/facility, supervising and assisting consumers with tasks such as activities of daily living (ADL), personal care, daily leisure/recreational activities and reinforcement and follow-through of their individual treatment plans.

Qualifications: Full time, part-time and temporary positions are available with flexible schedules/hours covered 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Qualified candidates will have High School diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience working with these populations and must have the ability to work evening and overnight shifts.
