"I never know what my day is going to be like," says Danielle, "because I wear a lot of different hats." These hats include providing employees with essential information about benefits and helping them be informed about choices that impact their health and well being. "Not a lot of people really understand the Massachusetts Health Reform Act," explains Danielle, "so I present this option to employees who don't realize that they are eligible for affordable health insurance." Danielle also ensures the quality of ARBOR staff by working with the staffing coordinators to screen and interview candidates. She is skilled and willing to help employees through difficult situations to a successful outcome. Most important, she likes to be accessible and responsive which is challenging with employees that aren't centrally located.
